Now more than ever, it’s crucial that you nurture and retain the talent within your organisation. Despite the volatility and uncertainty of the financial markets, UK employees are among the most likely to consider leaving their job during the next 12 months, with 53% of employees leaving to fulfil their career development needs elsewhere.
At times like these, good career management is critical. Your people need help to shine, not just survive, in the workplace. They need support and guidance. And they need opportunities to develop their career.
